Return Policy

Return and exchange are available under the following conditions:

1. Products can be returned within 3 days or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

3. Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or completely different from what was shown on our website.

4. If the customer simply changes their mind and the product has no defect, a deduction of 30% or a minimum of $3 applies.

5. To request a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp. Include a photo, city, address, and order number.

6. We do not accept returns based on customer expectations not mentioned in the product description.

7. All refunds are processed via PayPal only.
